For this initial phase, stickers can be created by both WhatsApp artists and guest designers which are being made available. There are at least 12 packages of stickers, but others can be added. As the well-known and the most used instant messaging application, of course, I am talking about WhatsApp points out that anyone can make stickers (if they have the necessary knowledge, of course) and then make them available via the Play Store, for example. The instructions for creating stickers are available on this page. To use the cards, all you have to do is touch the corresponding button during a conversation and select the images. And if you want then simply you can add new packages by tapping the plus icon button. Rival instant messaging applications like Telegram and Line, have been supporting stickers for a long time. Then why this feature is coming to WhatsApp now? One explanation may be the apparent resistance of the service’s founders: Jan Koum and Brian Acton have always promoted the idea of making the well-known and the most used instant messaging application, of course, I am talking about WhatsApp as simple as possible. As both of them joined the social network giant Facebook after the company bought the well-known and the most used instant messaging application, of course, I am talking about WhatsApp, but none of them remain there, it means that their alleged resistance no longer interferes with plans. Brian Acton left the social network giant Facebook in 2017. In turn, Jan Koum left the company in April this year(2019). The departure of both was motivated precisely by conflicts with the interests of the social network giant Facebook. Among these interests is transforming the well-known and the most used instant messaging application, of course, WhatsApp into a platform integrated with other services, and in that sense, stickers and complete features help increase engagement with the tool. On both Android and iOS, the stickers began to be available this week. However, we should keep one thing in our mind that the feature is being released gradually, so it may take a few days for the stickers to appear on your app. So, what do you think about this? With constant changes and improvements, WhatsApp has grown and been affirmed. Now it is getting ready for another novelty, which will allow all its users to change the phone number associated with WhatsApp. The most used instant messaging application WhatsApp is associated with the users’ phone number and has not allowed it to change directly. Of course, now anyone could simply change and alert the contacts. With the new feature, which is about to arrive, this can be done directly within the app. To use it simply we only have to have the latest version of WhatsApp tests on Android.
Accessing the WhatsApp Phone Number Change
In addition to having the test version of WhatsApp installed, users need to access the settings and then Account. Then choose the option Change number.
The entire process is then explained, ensuring that the user is alerted to the change. The data is changed and an SMS is sent to confirm.
How to change the phone number in WhatsApp
You are then prompted for the current phone number and the new phone number. During this process, there is the possibility of notifying all users’ contacts, alerting them to the number change.
At the end, and as we indicated, an SMS will be sent to validate the change to the new number. This way there is no need to export data or restore any backup for a process as simple as changing the phone number. This new feature is already available in the latest version of tests of WhatsApp for Android and should arrive soon to the stable version. It’s also likely to hit iOS soon and, perhaps, Windows Mobile as well. So, what do you think about this? Simply share all your views and thoughts in the comment section below.
